Elegant Christmas decor, but the bed was too hard for a good night's sleep.

We loved the beautiful view of Manila Bay from our room. The staff at the Executive Club were delightful and attentive. The teenagers enjoyed lounging at the Tap Room while enjoying live music, and we appreciated the shuttle service to Intramuros.
In my wife’s opinion, breakfast was chaotic and poorly organized, making it hard for our big family to enjoy. They need to improve how they manage dining on busy mornings.

The stay was enjoyable overall, highlighting a lovely pool area and spacious rooms. However, there were some service inconsistencies, particularly in dining, which detracted from the experience. This location is well-suited for families and offers a uniquely relaxing ambiance, but there is room for improvement in customer service to match the elegance of the property.

Don’t get me wrong, breakfast was great, but we got stuck at a table right under the AC vent, and it was a chill-out session we didn't ask for.
